Weekend Recap

What an eventful and fun weekend!
On Friday we went hiking around our house and even ended up exploring the caves that are by my house that I have never even been in. We found my Daddio's name carved in them along with some other really old dates! It was a perfect day for exploring because the leaves are finally changing here in Ohio and the weather was perfect!!!

That is the entrance to the caves!

After hiking around the caves we went up to the old covered bridge off of 586 and
explored around there for a while.

Saturday morning I made breakfast and made some breast cancer awareness pumpkin pancakes
after breakfast Mom and I headed to the farmers market to get some pumpkins
Diesel joined us and loved riding in the bed of Anthony's truck
The rest of the day was spent with Anthony's family for their annual fall cookout/wiener roast
There was tons of delicious food, a hay wagon ride, roasting marshmellows, shooting guns and catching up with family.

We also enjoyed being with Anthony's cousin Brian before he leaves this week for Iraq.
Please keep him and the other guys in your prayers

On Sunday we had a cookout and wiener roast at Grandma and Dave's
We had more yummy food and we carved pumpkins
