I just realized today that we are already ten days into September and I also realized that I have been horrible at getting my posts up here lately. So in an effort to not spend like a whole week trying to catch up with everything I am just going to do a little update on what has been going on around here
Labor Day Weekend we kicked it off by celebrating Jesie's last days as a single woman before she ties the knot on the 20th. Our theme was wigging out and we had so much fun going out in Columbus with wigs on!
I got my first order from Sadie Sky Boutique. I absolutely love this headband and cannot wait to order more from this awesome shop!!! and freaking adorable is her packaging?!!!! LOVE IT!!!
Anthony and I finally got to go visit some of the antique stores in downtown Zanesville together.
Last weekend we celebrated my Uncle Jeff turning the big 4-0 in Columbus and we also got to watch the Ohio State game (not such a great game but I still love my Buckeyes!!!)
Sunday I got some of my favorite puppy snuggles in with Mr. Tyson. Most of our mornings start something like this as soon as Anthony leaves the bedroom. Tyson loves snuggling up to me but when Anthony and I are both in bed he can choose one of us to snuggle on so he literally just lays between/on top of us! Needless to say that is not comfortable have all 170 lbs of him laying on you. I have been running around like crazy that I felt like it had been a long time since we had a good snuggle session so I decided to take some time with just my fur baby!
Sunday I had my cousin Missy's bridal shower and was finally able to give her her gifts that I made for her. I ended up using one of my big huge barn window frames and making that frame with the S and then I also made her that cute wreath. The coral is one of their wedding colors and the whole rustic/lace is their theme so she is going to be able to put these up at the wedding too!!!!
That is pretty much all that has been going on around here aside from the regular crazy routine that we always have going on. Here is some stuff that we have to look forward to for the rest of September...
+two more weeks of craft nights on Thursdays to get ready for Missy and Lance's wedding which is the 27th
+throwing together the rest of Jesie and Kris's Wedding which is the 20th
+Both of the above mentioned weddings at the end of the month
+some crazy workouts and healthy eating to get myself back on track
+Hopefully getting around to decorating our house for Fall
I never thought September was going to be this busy but man was I wrong. As of right now October is looking like it is going to be our slow down month and we can hopefully sit back and enjoy some time before the weather changes for winter and of course hunting season officially kicks off!!!
I hope you are all have a great September!
Girl, you and your crafts are amazing! Love it! Looks like you've been up to lots of fun lately, with much more to come!!! :)
