Wednesdays are my day off and I almost always try to find something to fill our day with fun instead of sitting around the house. I love taking Rowan to experience new things and getting to see her reaction. Today Daddy got called into the post office to deliver packages so it was just the two of us. We hung out around the house most of the morning but then I wanted to make a trip to town. I didn't really have anything to get in town (other than a pumpkin spice iced capp from Tim Hortons -- I can't shake the craving!!!!) We ended up going to see Aunt Shalene at the pet store. Rowan loved the birds and mice (ewwww) and she was mesmerized by the fish.
She fell asleep on the way home. In my rush to get in the house I couldn't help but pause for a solid two minutes or longer and just stared at her sleeping in her carseat. I was overcome with her beauty and innocence and how blessed I am to have her as my daughter. God is so good!
There is something about the beauty of a sleeping baby! Just so cute! I swear I have taken hundreds of pictures of my kids sleeping because it's the cutest! Lol
