Small Fry #2 is due January 1st!
It just might be the first baby of 2019, but if anything goes like my pregnancy with Rowan went it will be a week and a half late.
We have been so excited and are very anxious to find out what we are having. I have been terribly sick every.single.day. I have narrowed it down to driving that is making me sick and I have an hour commute to work that is super curvy and lots of hills. Therefore, my drive in the morning kicks it off and my drive home is the cherry on top for the day!
We found out super early at only 3 or 4 weeks because I was extremely nauseous in the car and when I got home I took a test and it was the fastest positive I have ever seen! I was thinking I was further along but when we went to the doctor (2 weeks ago) they measured me at only 7 weeks. We did get an ultrasound of this little peanut and got to hear it's heartbeat (my favorite sound ever!)
We ended up announcing it to our family and very close friends on Mother's Day because I couldn't wait any longer. Everyone is so excited! There were even some tears shed.
I am so excited for Rowan to have a sibling so close in age. Due to my sickness I am thinking this one is a boy but other days I keep thinking it is a girl, either way we are going to be so blessed. I will definitely be back to do my bump dates and posting about this pregnancy like I did with Rowan. We are ecstatic to start this next journey!
