I really try to be a runner, and I ...This is great! I really try to be a runner, and I actually really enjoy it, especially when the weather is nice. I take the pup and we run with no particular time or amount to go. It's been a few years since I was able to run 4 miles, but I did just run a 5k this past fall. I would LOVE to run a half marathon one day, but I have a problem with not sticking with it. I've been back on the treadmill for a few weeks now, trying to make it more of a habit and this post gave me a lot of encouragement, so thank you!<br /><br />I too gained way too much weight after getting married and get so mad at myself every time I step on the scale. Everyone warns you aout the freshman 15, but no one ever says anything about the marriage 20!<br /><br />Keep it up, it sounds like you've been doing great!
